Spiritual maturity is used to describe the opposite of being childish in attitude and action. It means to be fully grown, grown up and mature. It means that you have passed from childhood to adulthood (Heb. 5:14). In the structure of women’s discipleship, the church must have mature women disciple the other women towards maturity.
